The priority at SoulRebeLex® is to offer a welcoming atmosphere and community for all who enter our doors- regardless of experience with yoga and fitness. Our focus at SoulRebeLex® is on Hatha Yoga, which emphasizes the eight-limb path to happier living. We believe that yoga taught and practiced with intelligence and skill, will lead to a greater understanding of Self and the world around us. Hatha yoga pulls from many lineages while encouraging the mind to focus on the present and to exclude anything external to the self during practice. While becoming stronger and more flexible is certainly an outcome of this type of yoga, proper alignment and learning how to relax & breathe are most certainly the goals.
With a holistic healing approach in mind, we are now pleased to offer other healing modalities such as Massage, Reiki, Biomat Therapy, Foot Detoxing, Sound Healing, Tarot Readings and Workshops. Our healers & instructors are simply the best at their individual craft and we are honored to host these truly amazing people in our community space.
Looking to become a registered yoga instructor?
We are now pleased to offer our 200Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, SoulScapes By SoulRebeLex. This thirteen-month program (one weekend a month) dives deep into the theory, history and philosophy of Yoga while simultaneously learning the advanced knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, biology and energy work. SoulScapes by SoulRebeLex is a comprehensive yoga teacher training program that incorporates the Classical Yogic traditions alongside modern modalities such as Evidence Based Practice, Trauma Informed, Sound Healing, Introduction to Sanskrit, Laughter Yoga, Nada Yoga and Ayurveda amongst others.

Rest and Restore: In Rest & Restore, we will utilize blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps for support. This class focuses on learning to relax the body in a way that promotes passive stretching. An emphasis is placed on breathing and stretching, as opposed to building up to extreme flexibility. This class is an excellent way to close out your week and prepare yourself for the weekend. This class is taught using evidence-based movement, methods and modalities.

Stress Relief: Come learn how your body structure supports movement in relation to gravity and non-gravity, and about the benefits of linking your breath to your movements through yoga practice. This class also emphasizes passive stretching, and includes a mix of standing and sitting poses in sequences geared toward stress-reduction, release of tension, and calming the mind. This class is taught using evidence-based movement, methods and modalities.

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a slow-paced yoga style that incorporates the principles of traditional Chinese medicine within the asanas (poses). These poses are held for a longer period of time, apply moderate stress to the tissues of the body with the intent to increase circulation, improve flexibility and calming the mind.

Hatha Strong: Join us for a rejuvenating Hatha yoga session designed to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit. This class focuses on traditional Hatha yoga principles, combining physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to create a balanced and holistic practice.

Chair Yoga (Virtual Only Through Zoom): This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or using a chair for support during standing poses. Chair yoga helps increase flexibility, lung capacity, circulation and strength, improves balance, relieves stress and can help relieve joint pain. Chair yoga is especially suitable for those recovering from an injury, older adults, people with balance or coordination issues, and those with disabilities. This class incorporates breathing exercises, stretching, yoga postures, and final relaxation.

Breath & Balance: A 60 minute journey from stress to stillness: Explore your mind-body connection through somatic movement, unraveling tension and fostering awareness of subtle sensations. Harness the power of breath with pranayama techniques to cultivate inner calm and clarity. Flow into the fluidity of vinyasa sequences, linking poses with breath to create a moving meditation. Whether your yoga practice is seasoned or just beginning, you're invited to join on Mondays from 7:00-8:00 pm for this all levels class!

Restore & Explore: Join us for some midweek rejuvenation as we cultivate the energy and intention that welcomes in the day ahead with love and inspiration! This sequence is a restorative flow welcoming us to take it easy as we engage in self inquiry and gift ourselves with a recharge. Through class, we will practice the poses and merge the movement with the breath, inviting that strength and flexibility to our physical, mental and emotional bodies! Come as you are, all experience and energy levels Welcome as we discover asanas (poses), pranayama techniques (breath work) and expand upon our mindfulness that we receive through the benefits of our practice.

Yoga For Recovery: (DONATION BASED) Join us starting in January 2025 for a unique and supportive yoga class designed specifically for those in the recovery community. This class integrates the dynamic flow of Vinyasa, the alignment and precision of Iyengar, the gentle restoration of Restorative Yoga, and the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. Each session is a collaborative experience, allowing students to express their needs and shape the class to focus on what will best support their needs. Whether you’re seeking grounding, strength, release, or peace, this practice offers a compassionate space to connect with yourself and others while nurturing body, mind, and spirit in recovery. All levels are welcome.
